By using the Check Plugs website, apps, or portal you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Check Plugs on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Check Plugs is an EV charging platform developed by Agile for Software Development. It connects drivers with charger owners and operators: search, reserve, charge, pay for actual kWh, and settle through a prepaid wallet — with no commission on the energy sold.
This marketing website is not the operator contract. A contact form, newsletter signup, or demo request is not an account and not a paid subscription. Live features, charger limits, and fees are confirmed in the operator portal or in a written quote.
Subscriptions are fixed and transparent. Extra chargers on business plans are billed at the expansion rate for that plan. Enterprise Plus offers the best expansion price.
A reservation holds a real connector. Availability, charger type, and power shown in the product are operational data — treat them as the live state of the site, not a guarantee of hardware condition on the ground.
Clear rules protect both the driver and the charger owner.
Use Check Plugs only for lawful EV charging management, booking, and operation. You must not:
The Check Plugs name, logo, software, interfaces, films, and copy are owned by Check Plugs / Agile for Software Development or their licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the service — not ownership of the product.
Marketing copy, films, and launch dates on this website may change as the product evolves. The operator portal is the source of truth for live features and pricing. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of a public website, app, or charger hardware we do not operate.
To the extent permitted by law, Check Plugs and Agile for Software Development are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for energy not delivered because of site power, hardware faults, or third-party networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Personal and operational data is handled under the Check Plugs privacy policy. That policy is part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The published version on this website applies from the date shown. Continued use after publication is acceptance of the new version.
